Member Information

CGC, is a non-profit corporation, ("the Cooperative") which is owned and operated exclusively by and solely for its members for the purpose of providing natural gas sales to its members.

As such, CGC is not a public utility and rates are not subject to the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). However, CGC is subject to the safety related standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation and PUCO.

All prospective members must apply for membership to the Cooperative by completing and signing a Membership Application and Agreement form. Membership Application and Agreement forms are available at the Cooperative office. Membership is open to individuals, commercial and industrial entities as well as agricultural related.
